A week full of fixtures saw 4 of our local league teams in action.

A poor start to the game from Renfrew saw Lockerbie take an early double digit lead but Rocks were able to rally back to bring the game within 2 point heading towards the half.
Lockerbie’s outside shooting and second chance paint points ultimately saw them regain their large lead as they saw out the game winners 79-64.

Renfrew’s Cadets played host to Glasgow Fever as they looked to secure their first win of the season. Renfrew got off to a good start to the game and eventually took a double digit lead by mid game. Rocks 2 were also in action on Wednesday night as they played host to Glasgow Devils. Having dealt with some close loses to start the season the boys were focussed on getting the win. A good start to the game saw Rocks up at the half by 12. A solid 3rd quarter saw Renfrew focus on defence which limited Devils to 4 points as the lead was extended. Rocks would struggle with foul trouble in the 4th that saw Devils cut the deficit but Renfrew were able to see out the game for the win.
